Secret Prison #2! Kickstarter! Help us out!

I’ll have a comic in the second issue of Secret Prison, a free comic tabloid based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. But right now we’re raising funds to print it, and we’re asking for your help! Check out our Kickstarter page, and come away with some awesome swag. But hurry, there’s only 10 days left!!!

The Mad Captain

Over the weekend, Secret Prison #2 made its debut here in Philly. It’s a great looking tabloid of comics, and on top of it all, it’s free! However, for all of those not in Philadelphia, I thought I would post my contribution to the anthology to give you a taste of what’s in store.

Secret Prison #4, MoCCA, and The Muon

Secret Prison #4 debuts this weekend at the MoCCA Comic Arts Festival. If you happen to attend this convention, I HIGHLY encourage you to find and pick up a copy of this FREE newspaper-tabloid-anthology of comics goodness. This issue has a stellar list of contributors, which just happens to include yours truly.

However, for those of ¬†you that can’t make it, or who have to wait to get your copy of Secret Prison, I have a link to my comic below. If nothing else, I would hope that it entices you to pick up a copy.

The Muon combines a little science (though I can’t attest to its accuracy) with a little galactic spirituality, something that I’ve been wanting to explore within the universe of Supernova Lullaby.

As for MoCCA, I will be there, but only as a humble attendee this year. It’s an expensive show to get into, and I just couldn’t swing it this time around. But I’ll bring some books to trade and give to publishers, pass out some postcards, awkwardly talk to some artists…you know, the usual convention fare. If nothing else, it’ll be nice to enjoy that New York magic on a Spring day.
